Dear Friend,
Yes, I call you a friend because communication in any capacity is the start of a relationship that bears fruit and turns into friendship. Wouldn't you agree that all your friends have at one time been strangers to you? You may be thinking what this has to do with real estate, and I want you to know it has lots to do with professional real estate representation. Let's take a closer look at the characteristics of a friend according to some very wise folks...A friend is patient, kind, not proud, not rude, not self-seeking, delights in truth, always protects, always perseveres, and finally never fails.
So here's my pledge to you, my future client and friend...
- I will respect the fact that you need time to make your decision
- I will listen to your needs and desires
- I will always return your phone calls promptly
- I will do my due diligence to deliver to you the most equitable outcome
- Finally, I will work in your best interest and treat your buying, selling, or investing needs as if they were my own
Is there room in your life for another friend?
My husband, Tam, and I have been residents of The Woodlands since 2002 and love living, working, and spending our leisure time here in the community. Prior to joining First Millennium Realty, I owned a local payroll service and worked with primarily small businesses in the state of Texas. We are members of The Woodlands Christ's Church and I am involved in Children's Ministry there. Since our move here from New Hampshire, our lives have been filled to overflowing with so many great and meaningful friendships. I hope that we can include you in this growing circle too!
Sincerely,
Vi Vuong
